KOLEO 4+

1. When selecting an hour in the search, we get a list of trains within 30 minutes before this time. Can it somehow be set to work as a starting time, i.d. show trains running in the 30 minute window after the selected time?
2. Inconsistent behavior of the main [>] button. Sometimes it brings the user to a list of departures, sometimes to the ticket they’ve just bought, basically it works differently on each app screen.
3. Sometimes ApplePay options is disabled - is it a carrier-specific problem, like only for InterCity trains?

I have been using for a few months already. The app has a potential and I would surely give it 5 out of 5 stars if the bellow issues are fixed:
1. Adding to Apple Wallet is not working. Simply. I checked the app permissions and background refresh. Nothing helped.
2. While it is convenient to buy tickets for several connections at once I totally don’t understand why there is no option for returning them. Writting to Koleo support is not a solution due to the regular delay in response (which is obvious) as most of the times you can return tickets only before journeys.
3. There is no information about rail and platform inside the app. I know that for many regular connections such information is available in trainstation timetables. Right now as a workaround I need to have two apps installed - Koleo where I can buy all tickets and PKP Portal Pasażera for checking platforms, rails and delays. Adding this feature would improve usability a lot.

You're right. However, these are not mistakes, it is very complicated politically. Write to us at help@koleo.pl and we will explain in detail.

Koleo is a very good easy to navigate app. I would give it 5 stars, but it has some important issues that mist be fixed. The most important issue that faces the app is where the trains are located(what platform) and when they leave. On multiple occasions i have missed my train becuase koleo told me the wrong platform or wrong time. While now i have learned to use a mix of koleo and the trains displayed at the train station, i think it would be useful to fix this issue or at least warn people to also check what ever the train station display shows. Furthermore i think it would be benificial to show both train delay and while you are on the train, be able to see what time you are supposed to arrive. Becides those few things, koleo is a very good app/system.
