"I had a terrible experience with the app. I tried to pay using my card five times, but the system kept declining it. It was frustrating as the app seemed cheap and non-functional. The ticket section was also a mess, and I couldn't figure out what was going on. I received four QR codes, but only one was useful. I am disappointed with this experience and will never use the app again."

Minimum 20zl top up is a scam. Free money for them in advance. More often than not I don't need to put so much on my account but they still charge that much anyway. In the end, a 10zl return ticket costs 20zl. in reality, I won't need to use the other 10 in my account for a long period of time in but they already got my money in advance. Typical Polish scammer company. Soviet corrupt mentality still around and going strong Update: I tried the service again. Now they take the money but no ticket

Overall it does what it is meant to do. However I have two major issues. Google pay is wonky. I get payment failure even if sometimes later I see the payment was processed and my account was topped up. Second issue is connection searching. when I try to buy a ticket with transfer I cannot adjust the time between first and second train(I prefer to have more time between boardings). The app gives you minimum time for transfer. Transfer time adjustment is sorely needed

Asia, thank you for your comments. I only have 350 characters here, so briefly: the problems with Google Pay occur somewhere along the line between Google Pay and payment provider KOLEO.
